Google Calendar Integration
Receptify integrates with Google Calendar to enable automatic appointment booking during phone calls. When a caller requests an appointment, the AI checks the business owner's Google Calendar availability in real time and creates the booking directly in their calendar.
- Availability checking — we read the calendar during calls only, to find open time slots for the caller.
- Appointment creation — confirmed bookings are written directly to the business owner's calendar.
- No secondary use — calendar data is used solely for appointment management and is never shared, sold, or used for any other purpose.
- Revocable access — business owners can disconnect Google Calendar access at any time from their Receptify dashboard.
- Scoped access — only the authenticated business owner's calendar is accessed.
