By accessing or using Receptify ("Service") at receptify.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
Receptify provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service for small businesses. Our service includes a dedicated phone number, AI voice call handling, appointment booking, call logging, and analytics.
We offer a free demo that allows you to hear your AI receptionist before paying. The demo is limited to 3 calls (each up to 4 minutes long), the demo number stays available for 48 hours, and is restricted to 2 demo attempts per IP address and email. The demo is provided as-is with no guarantee of availability, including number reassignment.
Each plan includes a monthly minutes allowance for AI receptionist calls. All plans include the same core features — the difference between plans is the number of minutes included per month (Basic: 50 min, Starter: 100 min, Professional: 300 min). Minutes reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused minutes do not roll over. If you exceed your minutes allowance, your AI receptionist may stop answering calls until your next billing cycle or you upgrade your plan.
You agree not to use Receptify to:
All content, features, and functionality of Receptify including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by Receptify and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Receptify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed calls, lost business, or damages arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or AI errors. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will notify users of planned maintenance where possible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your account at any time from your billing dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
For businesses that use Receptify's Client Intake Form feature, the following terms apply:
You are the data custodian. As the subscribing business, you are solely responsible for (a) obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before collecting their personal or health information through Receptify's intake form tools, (b) complying with all applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction — including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and any applicable provincial health privacy legislation such as Alberta's Health Information Act (HIA) or Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) — and (c) maintaining your own privacy policy that governs how you collect and use client information.
Receptify is your data processor. We store intake form responses securely and make them available to you through your dashboard. We do not use intake form responses for any other purpose — including advertising, AI model training, analytics, or marketing. Intake form data belongs to your clients and is held on your behalf. You may request deletion of all intake form data for your account at any time by contacting us.
By enabling the Client Intake Form feature, you confirm that you have the legal authority to collect this information from your clients and that you will handle it in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
